Reflection

As a fourth year student taking up this course, On The Job Training is a great to help to us. We are assign to Pio Duran National High School. Spending the four hundred eighty six hours in the agency was never been a waste of time but a worthy one. We are exposed to the working environment and we realized many things that will help us after graduation. The first thing we'd learned is the importance of time. We go to the agency early and treasure time in doing the tasks assign to us. Working under pressure is also another thing that we experienced. Sometimes, there are too much work to be done (rush reports) and sometimes few. In accomplishing rush reports, we learned to be more patient and to maintain the joy in doing those things for the easiness of work. My intrapersonal skill was also developed. Working as a group needs good camaraderie  for the easy work to be done.  I've learned many things from my workmates and to interact with them.

 Last day of OJT! :) celebration ng teachers day sa school, tumulong kami sa paggawa ng pom-poms na gagamitin as props sa parade sa pagcelebrate nila tomorrow sa cluster III.

NCAE na tomorrow, so medyo busy. Napost kamimng mga room number and student list na mag oocupy sa kada room na gagamitin and sa bulletin board sa labas din ng office. Pumunta din kami sa ilang advisers para tanungin kung sang school galing ang mga transferees nila para makuha namin yung LRN.

NCAE na ngayong araw. since kulang sa manpower, tumulong kamin magdala ng snacks sa mga proctors . Inayos din namin yung DFD

Closing ng celebration ng Bwan ng Wika. nag celebrate sila ng Pista sa Nayon, Nag encode din kami ng reports or proposal ng isang teacher .

Nag stamp kami  ng LP. after that pumunta kami sa ilang advisers para sa info. ng ilang students. Tinulungan din namin ang ICT Coordinator ng school na ayusin ang data ng mga students lalo na ang kanilang mother's maiden name to be uploaded sa website ng DepED.

Tinulungan ko si Lorraine na magdikit ng styro kaso sad to say, nahulog yung glue stick sa kuko nya, mainit yun, kaya for sure nasaktan siya...pero natapos pa din namin. Nag stamp din kami ng Lesson Plan. Pinuntahan kami ng ICT Coordinator sa office and pinapapunta sa ICT Room kasi may ipapagawa daw siya sa amin, so, pumunta kami. Pinagawa samin yung newlist of Beneficiaries of Feeding Program, since kunti lang ito, si Lorraine ang nag encode and tinulungan ko nalang siya by reading and identifying the age and Nutritional Status of the students. After that, nagsulat kami nbg kulang na part dun sa certificate. Kulang kasi yung theme kaya sinulat na lang namin. Ang kapal ng certificates, pero before lunch, natapos na din namin.

Nag-ayos kami ng F137 ng mga undergraduate. Pagkatapos naming ilagay kung ano ang present section nila, inarrange namion ito alphabetically. Tinulungan din namin si mam Mila na gumawa ng bagong lalagyan ng Report of Enrolment.

Hayy!!! Brownout!!!! :( Ang init and walang magawa. Nagplano din kami about sa proposed system. Nang hapon na, super init na.. Nakakaantok na din. Pinatanong sa akin ni Lorraine si Mam Mila kung may ipapagawa daw. Wala man syang naaisip tapos tiningnan ni Lorraine yung lalagyan ng Report on Enrolment, and sabi ni mam, un nalang daw tuloy ang gawin namin, pero hindi namin natapos dahil super init na talaga..kaya lumabas kami and umupo.

Nag stay kami sa office, tinulungan ko si Lorraine na mag arrange ng mga answer sheetsat ilagay ito sa folder. Pagkatapos pumunta kaming canteen para mag facilitate sa mga estudyanteng naglilinis doon. Nag encode din kami ng grading sheet and summary sheet and letter.

Nag stay kami sa office, nag check ng answer sheet ng Math IV. Nag-edit din ako ng DFD of our proposed system. Nang hapon na, pumunta kaming ICT Room, gumawa ako ng certificate.

Second day of their First PeriodicalExamination, pumuntaulit kami ng school. After that, pumunta kaming BU, para magpass ng completion form for our grade last summer para sa Capstone Project 1.

First Periodical Examination. I made some necessary corrections in our manuscripts. After that, naglibot kami sa buong school para ipabasa sa mga proctors ang new schedule of examination together with its room assignment.

Lorraine and I attended the flag ceremony,here but af first time naming umatend, though minsan nasa school na kami, nagsistay lang kami sa office pero ngayon, umatend kami. After the flag ceremony, the students conduucted a drill, we stay t here, but after a few minutesof listening in the lecture, we went to the office. The Principal asked us to staple the papers which is to bedisciminated in every section. Nang tapos na naming gawin iyon, binigyan niya kami ng free snack. Binigay ko din sa kanya ang excuse letter namin para sa defense this coming Friday, tinanong niya ako kung naipass na daw namin ang mga papers na kailangan para sa defense, sabi ko tapos na. Tinanong niya ako kung saan daw kami nagprint and sabi niya pwede naman da magprrint dito sa office.

I came to school early. After flag ceremony, we went to ICT Room. Nag encode ulit kami ng Nutritional Status of the Students. After that, Beneficiaries of the Feeding Program naman ang inencode namin. Nang hapon na, bumalik kaming office and gumawa ulit ng powerpoint presentation para sa proposal defense.

Third week of OJT. Monday morning is great, I came to school early. Nag stay kami sa Computer Room and we continue encoding the Nutritional Status of the Students. In the afternoon, we stayed in the office and we continued making our presentation for the proposal defense.

Last day ng 2nd week of OJT. Maaga ulit ako -- 6:55 am. :) ICT room ang destination namin this day. We continue encoding the nutritional status of the students.

This morning na yata ang pinaka-early kong pagpasok -- 6:50 am :)

Tha whole day was good. Pinagupit lang kami ng papel na ididikit somewhere sa office. After that, pumunta kami sa ICT room kasi pinatawag kami ng ICT Coordinator. Pina-encode lang kami ng Nutritional Status ng mga students. After naming matapos, bumalik na kami sa office. Naghanap ng magandang view na pwedeng picturan para ilagay sa U.I., and kunting kwentuhan din with the people sa office.

Its Wednesday! :) Malapit na ang defense kaya prepare-prepare na din.Inayos na namin ang mga dapat ayusin, pero tinapos muna namin ang pag-change ng mga folders.

Its a rainy morning!Halos sabay-sabay kaming 3 dumating.I encoded the masterlist of the grade 7 students.During snack time, the teachers told me to take my snack but I refuse and continue encoding.Suddenly, the power turn off but I didn't notice it and therefore I continue encoding without looking on the monitor, when I look unto it to check if my inputs are correct, I was surprised because the monitor was black -- brownout pala, hindi ko alam. :) All the people at the office laughed at me.

Afternoon came, we changed the folders where the form 137 of all the previous students was stored. Sadly speaking, hindi namin natapos, bukas na lang daw sabi ni Mam Mila. By the way, may free snack -- from Jollibee.

During uwian time, I waited for so long for a vehicle to ride on, pero wala. Umulan pa ng super lakas kaya lalo akong natrap. Nung humina na ang ulan, thanks God, may dumaan ng jeep, nakauwi na din.

I'm so early!Naabutan ko pa ang flag ceremony.Nag-encode ulit ng form 137, when I get tired, pinalitan ako ni Lorraine.Pagkatapos makarest ng konti, I edited the letter for defense. Nag-interview din pala kami kay Ma'am Mila and we ask her to give us some needed forms for the system.

Its second day!Pagkatapos naming magtime-in, pumunta kami sa ICT room, dun daw kasi kami kapag may ICT class.So ayon, pinaencode kami ng mga documents and pinaprint.Tiyaga and pasensya ang kailangan dun sa printer, andaming papel yung nasayang kasi laging putol pero may mga maayos din and naprint din ang mga dapat iprint.After lunch, nagreport na ako sa EMIS-in-charge, nag-encode na ulit ng form 137.

First Day of OJT.Gumising ako ng maaga.Pagdating sa school, hindi muna kami pumasok, hinintay namin si Yreca Ahlytte Moneda sa labas ng school.Pagdating niya pumunta agad kami sa Principal's Office.Inorient kami ng konti ng principal.I was assigned as the assistant of EMIS-in-charge Ms. Mila Mancera.Ang ginawa ko maghapon, nag-encode ng form 137.At the end of the day, HAPPY!!Thanks God, okay ang first day.Sabi nga ng isang S.A."BE WELL".Mababait naman ang mga tao sa paligid, THUMBS UP ang first day.. :)
